Project management - we take responsibility for the whole

Our project managers lead the process from order, planning to implementation and commissioning. The project manager is based on Flintab’s project model. Our process consists of seven milestones which are further described in our project model.

At Flintab, we are used to leading complex projects in the implementation and introduction of systems and weighing solutions. We take responsibility for the whole and make sure that your project goes to the finish line with the best conditions.

In system and scale assembly, there are many stakeholders whose demands and expectations must be met – a project that requires good coordination. Our experience is that project management is profitable for everyone involved. The project manager is one step ahead, so that the customer’s needs are met in the best way.
