As “center Sweden” Service Manager, you are responsible for the management of our service team, which is spread from Karlstad to Stockholm. You have full personnel responsibility, manage work environment issues and responsibility for budget and operational follow-up. Your role includes overall planning and leading the work, weekly meetings via telephone/Teams, follow-ups with technicians as well as supporting and developing the team. Two of the technicians also act as Team Leaders to plan the operational day-to-day operations.

As QEHS manager at Flintab, you are part of the Management Group and report to the CEO. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our tools and processes are optimized for the business and meet the requirements of our certifications.
Flintab is certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001, with a well-developed graphic management system.
